yes you can hack pubg mobile in full screen just follow steps-
1. open game and execute hack but not in fullscreen.
2. after the hack is applied you can do fullscreen and there will be no problem.

Why can't I hack the PUBG MOBILE in full screen?

Are you using OpenGL in Gameloop settings? If so, swicth it to DirectX+ or SmartMode, restart gameloop and it will work in full screen too. (Happened to me as well and I solved it like I described.)
