is there's any possbility to break bandwith limits with prog or sofware??
im downloading gta v since 3 dayz lul and its laging in online games
if you know let me know

whats store are you using? well for me I used Epic Games Store and theres a setting there that says throttle bandwidth ,, uncheck it..

i downloaded the game for almost 7 hour with 3.5MBps consistently.. huge game though just like COD ..

bandwidth depends on you router, provider and source, bro
find out where is problem and solve it

Press Windows key and type (Edit group policy) without the () then on the left under Computer Configuration select (Administrative Templates) then from there go to (Network) after that look for (QoS Packet Scheduler) after opening it click (Limit reservable bandwith) after clicking on that make sure its on Enabled and under on Bandwith Limit % is say 0, Apply then exit and your network should be overall way faster.
