Guide to Disk uses 100% and restart PC in Windows 10

There is so Much Reason For It.. But i will tell you some tips and you can try i hope it will solve your problem...

Step 1. Update Your Window And Drivers
Step 2. Disable Your Expire Anti Virus Program
Step 3. Disable Windows Search Service.
Step 4. Stop sysMain Service
Step 5. Increase Paging File Size ( Virtual Ram Memory )
Step 6. Restart And Run As Advance Menu and Fix This Problem
Step 7. Run Disk Check and fix it
Step 8. Change MSI Support Value 0 to 1 or 1 to 0 From Hard Disk ( Device Manager SATA AHCI Controller )
Step 9. Disable Defreg in Task Sheduler
Step 10. Switch Your Power Plan To Recommended To High Performance

Note : - If You Did All And Still Same Problem Then.. I Am Sure What is Your Real Problem and how can you solve it. but it will Not Good For you..

There is Only 2 Reason for it.
First Reason : You Have Auto Run hidden Virus in your Drive
Second Reason : Your power Supply Not Working Properly

Step 1. Replace Your Hard Disk Power Connector with other one and Replace your SATA Cable. ( Replace SMPS )
Step 2. Delete All Your Hard Disk Volume And Reinstall Windows.

Note : Auto Run virus can saved any Volume C: / D: / E: so you have to delete All . Sorry But it's truth you can't find that.
