Thanks for the contribution! In fact, this guide works. I already had the same problem with the computer restarting and it was a matter of cables and connectors. but I also had a problem that had to do with the internal cleaning of the CPU components. when I cleaned the components, it greatly improved the performance of the machine.

Well im traying to my way

if you have 100%^ off disk usage And 100% of processor
just go in program and features / view install updates +++++++> and Go and see or uninstall any Windows update that has happened after that day.

first reason was very common. My fix for that was downloading a cracked malwarebytes premium and do a full scan, restart pc and it's clean. Anyway this information was so very useful and detailed, thanks
