first clear temp file and restart pc
install visual c++ full pack,
turnoff real time protection,
run mhui loader as admin,
if problem occurs again, contact mh mod or admins.

1. install dot net 4.8
2 install c++ latest version
3.install c++ all packs
4.clear all temp file
5. off antivirus
6. off firewall
7. reinstall game
8. if not working re install windows 10 fresh copy and try all steps
