that thread is bs (no offense) i've had kaspersky & malwarebyte on 24/7 scanning my pc and they say this error comes when u have a virus lol

Try to check if you have another antivirus in your control panel > programs

i have malwarebyte & kaspersky, kaspersky controlls windows defender & firewall so when i turn it off all others turns off automatically + i close malwabytes, i dont think this problem is from the antiviruses

bro you need to clean you pc has a virus.
