in emulator use openGL+ rendering
it cut CPU usages 25%

bro if your pc has lower specs then high cpu usage will be there but you can disable apps which you are not using

If you have a problem with the processor's temperature, I recommend applying thermal paste, which will reduce its temperature, reduce its power to medium, and recommend the msi afterbuster program.

Start with cleaning your CPU cooler, and as the post above me said change thermal paste.
Now there might be hardware issue so the CPU is going bad (If you had it for a long time).

use lower settings to not stress you cpu if it doesn't work there has to be a problem with you cpu
check and scan for viruses or bitcoin miners because it uses you cpu and gpu power

You can find your high cpu usage program by task maganer. Simply shut that program down or try to google it.

what program are you using?? cause if emulator it really uses a lot cpu.. and there's no way you can transfer that to GPU

you can't do that. close some unused programs to decrease cpu usage

update your win and apply thermal paste it should work coz some time this hepn because of high temperature

i am use only windows and emulator only

but hack use 50% cpu usages
