Hello,

So I have a dell inspiron 5577 windows 10, around 3 months ago, I accidentally poured a drink on it and then sent it for repair ( under warranty )

The thing is I'm almost certain that I initially purchased it with a Geforce GTX 1050 Ti and now I noticed when I open Nvidia control panel, it says Geforce GTX 1050.

My question is, is it possible that during repair, the hardware was switched to a weaker graphic card?

Edit: I also wanted to know if there is a way to see the hardware history in the laptop?

Something like this happened to me. When my video card arrived, it was weaker than before, full performance was not working. In my opinion, such a thing is possible.

as far as I know, it is updated.

I'm using geforce experience to update the drivers
