It can have some configuration that turns on automatically, mine is like that, sometimes by configuration it turns on automatically just plugging in

oh tht mean its normal? im use b450 mobo...the usb port also got power..my headset keep light up even i already shut down my pc..if im not turn off the power supply...im just curios about this.

if its broken then now sure my pc cant be use...i can use my pc normal and play game without problem..just concern about that issue..maybe long term it will effect my mobo..i disconnect all the cable and put all back..still same..

Problems are most likely either with power or with an electrician in the house
