who is experiencing a lag in gameloop even you have higher ram. in laptop

i have gaming laptop with 32gb ran with gtx 1650.. im experiencing little bit lag even i have 32gb ram if my laptop plug in smooth game 55 to 60FPS if not plug in is going down into 45FPS.

gameloop is buggy sometimes friend, the problem is sometimes not in your machine but in the emulator
