Loader issue d3d9.dll (Resolved don't reply)

I have DirectX installed, and i've repaired the missing files with another installer, what else do i do? do i need something else to install?

reinstall direct x. its definitely a directx issue

reinstall or update DX and restart

Yeah i knew that and i've did it, the issue is still there but i found out by myself.
