Scammers usually don't hack your system. They just fool you to give them remote access to your system. What you are saying is actually done by several youtubers. That's where you might have gotten the idea.

It's not easy. You have to be safe and doing this stuff actually costs. You have you pay for a voip number and setup a virtual machine which looks convincing. Even after all this you might end up just wasting hours of you time because they usually end the call. You have to reverse the remote access then get them you execute a RAT on their system.

It's too much work and it might not be worth it. If you still want to do it, go to hackforums or BlackHatWorld since most of the members here are actually just cheaters not hackers.
