yes but u learn to solo carry and become better than the people messing up since they arent improving then u level up more and more

Depending on your body and for how long you haven't eaten, it can casuse nothing to major issues.
Don't game when you're hungry. Eat something. No game is more important than you.

Being hungry affects a human in multiple tasks. In accordance to LoL, being hungry will affect with focus and decision making during those big team fights.
