Well first of all you need confirmed membership (50 msgs and 2 days registered account). After you gain membership you will have access to the hack. You just visit the Hack UI Center (top right of the webpage) and choose PUBG Lite. You must make sure you have the loader downloaded.

When you download the loader extract it and run. After that you can come back to the Hack UI Center page and click "Load".
Make sure to open the PUBG Lite game and wait for it take you to the game lobby before you load the hack. You use the "Home" button to open the menu. At the bottom left of the hack menu you can change the language to English. Enjoy!

Since you're new to the hack I strongly suggest you play with default settings.
