I'm trying to upgrade my Win7 to Win10, but I don't want the version 2004 but only 1903 or 1909. I want to keep my programmes and files from Win7 but every time I try to run the ISO it says that such path isn't possible. What's the problem? That's not a possibility for me because I want to keep the programmes & files, which means I can't select the other one. Even if I back it up, I'd have to re-install everything, and that's a real pain, which means it's only my last option. I'm trying to find a solution before I'm obligated to resolve to that.

Not really. You can only perform the downgrade if you'd had the older version before, which isn't my case. So I'm trying to find a way to get around it.

You're right, it's not and that's why I was trying to find the ISO they used to offer for free, but without any success so far.
