Can we assign a key to auto-hit minions and characters?

I don't have a vayne config, but i belive there is already a key for auto hitting minions, or more specifically last-hitting minions it's "v"
(you just hold it and it farms for you)

You can change the Q position to mouse, so that when your chasing an enemy it wont Q to the side or back.

Only change delays of the skills in menu, all others options in default is god.

in General, a good config is standard, you can change a couple of things for yourself

a config que já vem com o script é a mais recomendada cara, porque já é a mais otimizada e com menos erros, mas se tu não gosta dela tenta ir mudando aos poucos

you have to enable the last hit option and then just press the V key.
