The error of the CMD is not opening is because there is an interruption with the MH server for this reason the CMD is not opening ok format the Pc can fix this I did on mine and it worked ok

I had the same problem, everything was fine and set up. It was solved just by formatting the computer.

wait for the update or if you can't just disable draws and it will work normally

you may be going to the temp folder and deleting all the data and downloading again can solve your problem
