Script doesn't start with Q because if you Q first you don't have any to option to kill enemy unless you have 5 stacks on passive. It uses Q on enemy because it gives you reset for your Q and 1 passive stack.

Press shift, there is an option to only use the Q key if the mark is activated on the enemy, after I configured it so my irelia is combining much better than before.
