VPN usage is allowed?.

Hello, this question goes to admin, moderators or old veteran members than can actually know the answer, i re-read the forum rules and did a search but wasn't able to find any answer to that, im asking because sometimes when my internet is slow due to bandwidth throttling ordered by the government of my country i need to use a VPN in order to surf the web on a normal speed and bypass that bandwidth throttling and censorship, problem is that after i read this warning: "Membership sharing is forbidden! Do not give your account to others! Account sharing will result in Prohibition. " it got me thinking that maybe if i use a VPN to log in and surf the forum the system will think that im sharing my account and of course i don't want to get banned, so i hope that someone can answer me if it's allowed or not, thanks!.

Exactly, it's different with a VPN because i'd have an IP from another country.

Im pretty sure using VPN will get you banned. They check the location + IP to track if you are sharing.

not exactly 100%, if they are using plugins, some of them treat "vpn rule" as not active, meaning famous vpn's like kaspersky cyber ghost etc gets unflagged. if not selected.

That makes sense, i hope they have those plugins active, either way i'll wait until a mod can jump here and answer, because im not taking the risk.

Idk if they ban ip but i got "banned" for using a VPN and had to talk to Han to get it unlocked. But that was 2 years ago and hanbot prevails but Han is long gone bc of a lawsuit

It is allowed as long as you do not give your login and password to someone else to log into your account.

friend First you should send an email to the administrators reporting your problem because if you use the VPN they will think that you are sharing your account with someone else so you will be banned
