How to get the cheat working?

Do i have to be in a match and load the cheater there?
Or the game closed?
I tried to load the cheat and theres no folder in the c:/ and nothing happens.
My log:

It's the update? Will delete the post if its too dumb. Searched everywhere but didnt find an aswer...

Not really. With the game open, I load the cheat but nothings happens. Just show the log in the post and nothing more

"Get Last error(): e1" normally deals with your Windows Defender. Check to see if its on, then turn it off. It happens to me sometimes I forget to disable it each time I want to use hacks from MH.
