Very easy to notice that you are using script.

Turn off E usage because sometimes it has bad logic and it makes you getting killed, you can config Windwall to work with ezEvade and that way auto block most spells, everything else works good with default options.

i dont think yasuo is the best champion to play withcs scripts but you can try the default ones

I play Yasuo very often, i play with default, tho im changing the prio by myself, also i dont do e in farm cuz i do it myself, sometimes this gets you killed when starting to dash near tower or enemy.
