win10 update+defender sucks

isnt there any software or tool that can stop windows 10 update and antivirus auto on? its a big problem for me bcoz win update automaticaly when i turn of + antivirus and removes my personal and gaming files

Yes, there's a tool called Windows Defender Controller (you can turn the defender on/off in one click using this) and as for the updates, you have to tweak the registry to disable it completely. I don't remember exactly what I did but try googling it.
