i am a Rengar OTP toplaner on NA, it fits quite good on his combo, only trouble i had was with him focusing wrong target sometimes (randomly bursts nami)

yes, you can adjust it to focus whoever you want, but smh it fails and jumps randomly

I tested on qiyana but to be honest i do so much better on my own...
