So far bluestacks and LdPlayer was the fastest i have tried. Try it and see if it works for you

LdPlayer 4.0 so far best emulator I've used running stable 240FPS and has option to unlock high fps in some games by switching to a model included in settings, if you are looking for emulator just for Pubg / CoD Mobile i'll suggest GameLoop just cos of easier configuration however i believe is locked on 60 so if your not lazy to spend time configuring in-game controls and settings then LdPlayer is the go.

i7 9700k 2080 16gb and for most game is 120 even if i have it set to 240 due to them not supporting it but i mainly use it for Mobile Legends and some mmo's so not really hard to cap 240
