I had the same problem but i change the version to this and inject, try you too if you have this problem (if your only has 10.18 try to put in 10.18 which has the numbers 3354706 after)

Just open your client options and go to "version" section. Click two times at game version and should appear an option to change your league version to 10.19.

p.s -
League matchmaking looks for players who are in the same version as you. So, u can take a looooong time in the queue if system doesn't find people playing in 10.19. I suggest to wait for an automatic update bcz not everyone can force it.
