here some tips about making new acc for lol
first finish the tutorial then pick yi as you wiil recive the rest as shards
then play first 3 pvp like you are so noob dont pick cs and int alot if you didnt do so you will have to face alot of smurfs the rest games
there is an everyday champ to pick from first day adcs and 2nd top and 3rd is mages after the 3rd u get free exp boost
finally if someone can add more tips share in the comments.

Aram is the best way, playing on hand 1 week you get lvl 30

I play aram with the aram boost exploits to easily get BE to get a lot of champs , bot games as jinx/tristana with smite/tp can easily level you up. You can "afk" normal games (just put youtube and try to win , it's boring but if you don't care , you'll level up fast)
