let me share the hotffix file of the tr.league of lengen server
If I violate the rules of the forum mh please delete the post to help me
I am sure this is a 100% clean name since I took it directly from Riot's server for the Tr server
First you need to have hotffix extract it and select 2 command files with Cut command
Note that when you choose to cut the 2 above command files ..
requires you to login to your game
And you are in the lobby in the game
Next navigate to the folder containing your game
and navigate to the League of Legends directory. Open the game folder
Note: when you have overwritten the replacement file in the directory
Please note the last step is to refresh the directory with the command "right click and choose refresh"
