focus last hitting just focus on minions dont mind of kills they are not that important just focus on getting those farms on your vay on lane take jungle farm sometimes

Don't use skills to damage minions, get used to kill them with AA. Only time for doing skills is when you can kill more than 1 or you need to hit 2 minions almost same time, one with AA and the other quick with a skill.

farming is one of the EZest things. the problem isnt farming. the problem is being able to do it without getting harassed or dying

The WindSharp isn't 100% to Caitlyn. Try it with other ADC, like Ezreal and Vayne.

You can try other champs, or if you don't want you can just push your lane always then

Well put the delay on 0% and then just hold v button and it's all good
