[Help] Bypass Internet Data Provider

Hello Everyone.
I need help to bypass Internet Data of my provider. It's say "Free Unlimited Access Facebook, Line, WhatsApp, Instagram without limit speed". I can access any app or website but speed limited, I want use to download movie. pshiphon easy to connect because it's free access any app, but speed too slow. When I try watch live Facebook, Speed not limited. Maybe you can help me share method to bypass network provider like mine.

I can use vpn because it's free to access any apps and website. But speed limited, so if I use vpn. Speed so slow.

If the ISP is throttling your speed vpn is supposed to solve the issue, however, if they change your speed on your router settings I am afraid you can't bypass that
