Add memory, download CCleaner, if you use a Razor laptop, use the razor boost program

Program like those dont boost FPS that much.

What you need is Custom Windows ISO. (All Bloatware,Defender,Windows Update) Removed permanently. You could search Windows 10 Gaming Iso.
After that Download games and profit. Even buy a used cheap GPU would also work and install its driver.

like said up but .... if you have low fps you can just up your fps like 5-10 max ...
