I've been training for over 9 years. I was about to compete in powerlifting just before covid-19 arrived. Now I am depressed like never, I have anxiety and panic attacks. I feel like hell without gym man. :cI go to the GYM every day for an hour. I have to say that I feel much better, I feel better with a great body and I look prettier. I recommend that you do ironing starting with 30 seconds so that you can get as much as you can. 4 series of 10 squats. You weigh 5kg 100 times.

I am sure you will! For me it's mostly mental health before physical health and the gym help me achieve that peaceful state of mind.Hopefully in future, I really wanna be healthy
