I thought depend on how many report you get. Using the champ with the most harassment like xerath or kog'maw then you more easy to get report from opponents.

I have a friend who was banned with 2 days of use (using the hotfix) maybe the ban is due to the hotfix or reports, but unfortunately you can't know how Riot works on his antcheat

I believe that it doesn’t depend on settings, but on the lol detection method. I ended up being banned in 2 days
