I would suggest you to wait for RTX series to get cheaper, there will be decent gpus for a price that will fit your 200$ budget, if you dont want to wait, go for GTX 16 series, I wouldnt suggest 1650 tho as they're not really that decent.

It war roumored to come out in january 2021 (this month). You can find more info if you just google something like RTX 3050, the price of these gpu should be as low as 200$ since they are suppose to have only like 4GB of vram, but they will be decent. Quoting: '' NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 will arrive with 4GB memory and reportedly have a GA107 GPU. The Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti is listed with 3,584 CUDA cores and 6GB memory '' . Unfortunately there is no exact price list out yet so you will need to wait month or two.
