The question is, how did you manage to stop smoking?

Currently trying to reduce the number of cigarettes per day, by having times where I can smoke, one cigarette per hour, doing this for a couple of hours so far and it isn't too difficult. The idea is to completely stop smoking in a couple of months.

I'd stop smoking by eating something. For example, when I wanted to smoke, I was eating seed

I successfully stopped smoking a few years back; after several failed tries.

The main factor is taking a decision and sticking with it; in my opinion slowly decreasing the amount of cigarettes doesn't work; It has to be cold turkey. You're gonna need to stop any activities/social settings that make you want to smoke. (at least for a while).

Turned to vaping 4 years ago because my smoking habits were getting worse, a pack of cigs would last me 5 hours or so. Nowadays while still a bit addicted, managed to reduce my nicotine intake by a lot, lungs are pretty much clean compared to prior years.

the best thing you need is to get someone who supports you the wole way through.
if you got a partner you should tell him/her about your plan and then try to slowly get of cigs

I am just starting to try to find & watch a new movie when I want this. And you should try to find something that you can do whenever you want. :) good luck mate

if you ever eager to smoke just find a distraction, something u prefer more then smoking, or dont buy cig at the first place if u really want to stop smoking!

First of all, those who are addicted to yourself can set a limit of hours, they burn every 20 minutes, I put 1 hour to reduce it, then 2 after 3, you can reduce it like this, the number of drinking decreases as the hour increases

it's not that easy is hard I need a good replacement I'm trying gum but my mouth starts hurting me when i chew it a lot

i mostly smoke when i start gaming playing league of legends so i need to stop playing this game ?

Doing it right, try to reduce the number per day. You can also use nicotine gum. It is important that your mind is very strong.
