The rules of the game are simple; there are two doors in front of you, one leads to heaven and one to hell. You are allowed to ask only one question to one of the men in front of you.

What is the question that would allow you to figure out which door is the right one?

Solution below try to think about it a bit before checking the solution.


The correct questions is: "Which door would the other man say leads to heaven?" and then choose the opposite.

Example:

If you ask the angel, he'll point to the door which leads to hell; since he knows that the demon is going to point you that way. So choose the opposite.

If you ask the demon, he'll point you to the same door; since he is obliged to lie. Also choose the opposite of what he says.
