You need to get atleast to 50 messages, just don't spam and you'll be alright

When you click on your name, you can see the edit when you hover your mouse to your profile. There you can select your image to change your profile picture.

Confirmed member with only 50 messages and you can only put a profile picture when you are a confirmed member
