I don't know if this still works because this was 2 years ago but.

After each ban I:
Format PC.
Change IP address
Change MAC
Change SSD HWID

if it doesnt work sorry

Best way is using a undetected hwid spoofer if you cant to continiue using cheats.

There is a tool on this site you can use to bypass EAC calleed Matrix. Just use it. It is disponible on the heat ui.
