Çözüldü Error message Driver failed to load : c000009a (Insurgency Hack)

I am getting error while trying to load insurgency hack : Driver failed to load : c000009a
I start Insurgency first then I load the hack,
My drivers are up to date,
Antivirus is turned off,
can anyone help me?

although I dont have faceit riot vanguard,
maybe my os version is not supported?
I saw the original post, and it said Supported Os: Windows 10 1809-1909
whereas I have version 1909 Windows 10 Pro

wast it working before?

However the solution was to try and disable the antivirus and it does not work.
