From my point of view, I recommend you buying Ryzen cpu and gpu since I used to working with Blender and maya. Furthermore Ryzen build is much cheaper than intel cpu and nvidia gpu

it depends on your budget but for a cpu I would recommend a ryzen its good in performance and its in a mid range among many cpus

for a low buget pc a god choice would be i5 4rd gen and rx 570

Get like 16gb ram, 1tb ssd, ryzen cpu and nvidia gpu. Thats bis. Depending on ur budget id say get something a bit more expensive coz will suit all games and you wont have to replace for a long time.
