Çözüldü Insurgency cheat error c000003a (Help)

Hello team ..
when I load the cheat for the insurgency game it is showing the error shown in the image.

NOTE: antivirus and defender turned off.
I open the game and only then load the cheat as already informed in other posts

it looks like the error happens when loading the cheat.
