Lucid dreaming

Does anyone here have the ability to lucid dream consistently? (It's not a superpower)

lucid dream ability is such a rare things to happens, but u can still do it with meditation training. Small chance to get lucid dream by doin normal sleep. it happens to me just 3times.

was punching a mate while sleeping considered a lucid dreaming? cause i was dreaming i am doing training then im punching a punching bag then when im about to release my strongest punch my mate tried to wake me up i suddenly punch him and i totally have control on my dream was that considered lucid dream?

you can actually achieve lucid dreaming with the help of sleep paralysis

I am not layered but if I had lucid dreams but unfortunately whenever I entered a lucid dream it was almost at the end of the dream and wake up

I saw some research say if you know how to trigger it you can like move around in your dream and do stuff lol
