i'm having this error LOAD API FAIL because i cant logout,
i try log in another account
i try turn off antivirus
please help me!

I had the same problem, I did everything to solve the problem and I couldn't. The only solution was to start using a VPN to start the Memory UI and then hang up to play. This did not happen before, it started to happen when I changed my internet provider.
