How good is core Intel Core i5-3470 ?

To knwo how good a processor is you first need to define what you want to do it the hardware.
Im using a i5 3470 right now, and it is good. I play Valorant(30), Laegue of Legends(90), Warframe(<30 if not configured), GTA V(30). The limiting factor here is my GPU, since I don't have one and instead use the buil-in Intel HD Graphics 2500.

For taskks like rendering and such I haven't tested it yet, but I'm sure I would not find its performance satisfaying on this field because I have seen the perfocamance of other more morder CPU, the gap is just too big.

You should be able to get 30fps.

u need upgrade VGA because it too weak , maybe Pubg Mobile + GFX Tool it can carry around 45+ or 50 , i using GT730 i locked 60FPS low setting on Gameloop

You can check some diagnostic websites that will tell you which games you can run with a given material

Can feed up to i5 3470, GTX1060. A good processor for its time. But I dont advise you to buy it now because An old processor.

You can player games like cs go, valorant, league of legends, and some older games. but don't expect much from triple a games.

The processor is good to be of 3rd generation if there are better of course but without a doubt it is good in several very normal games and I had one of those so I speak to you from my experience
