windsharp is safe or not? if i played awarness and auto-potion and auto-zhonya only (without evade or orbwalker)

Doesn't matter if you use just awarness or whatever, when you inject the cheat on game, riot will detect that.

ı use with zoom evade skin and combo hack but ı not banned yet ı guess 1 month

You don't need to do anything(just dont use the cheat on your main acc), but you can restart your pc when you want to use your main acc just in case. I didn't get banned for a 2-3 years at least.
