Heating a lot

I am running laptop for like 14hrs a day and now its started having heating, can you suggest me some way to keep it cool for certain period of time?

thermal paste/cleaning. If you are using an intel processor with a turbo boost, limit the boost options with a program.

i have same problem with my laptop so my suggestion is control your power setup on laptop you it will reduce heat of processor while you perform sligtly down but if you use it for gaming maybe you need to clean dusk and replace paste and buy some cooler laptop if you want more effort

What I did was, used a table fan at the opposite side of the fand

Make a makeshift stand for your laptop so that the air intake is better.

Well i am currently staying at hottest place to be in summer so one of the reason why its acting like that so !!

My place is also the hottest time of the summer, I don't even dare to use my laptop, I'm afraid it is too hot and the battery is broken, it's really hot after 15 minutes, good luck.

get kryonaut thermal grizzly. it helped me a lot and dont forget to clean your PC. laptop coolers are usually dont do anything and they're waste of money
