I'm using Desktop Pc and connecting internet with LAN Ethernet cable, But I can't cast my screen to my same wi-fi connected Smart TV. How can I?

Your network should be same, then use share screen option from the laptop and add new device which is your TV, and also enable screen sharing in TV.
But I mostly recommend using HDMI cause its faster than screen sharing.

you need to have miracast on your PC or you can share via HDMI which will be much faster.

The easiest way is with a Chromecast or some other small device if your smart TV and computer don't come with the packaged drivers etc (i.e. Miracast).
