Turn off your antivirus and windows defender and try again.

even if you don't have any anti virus but you do have Windows Defender. Disable it too. if you don't know how to disable windows defender. Search on google.

go to control panel then uninstal program then uninstal all virst softwares

win 10 in go to setting and open update&security option and go to security and off the real porotection
