Everybody, i send the link to has no issues with the websites however when i sent it to this guy it didnt work he doesnt have any antivirus on or any 3rd party software any tips guys?

What exactly happing in your friend's browser. Is it blocking your friend to access the site showing the error" Access Denied 1005" ?

If he uses another turkey forum, his host files is rigged to not allow connection to this site. Just have him run XFProject.exe(this site loader, the thign you run on your pc to laod the cheats) and the problem will be fixed.

no message it keeps loading like if he doesnt have internet

Maybe using VPN solves his case. Or if it's already enabled, he may disable and try again.
