Çözüldü Profile Update Issue!

Hi. I want to change my profile picture and edit my signature I already searched it but I can't found it so anyone help where I go to upload a profile picture or is there any restriction ?? Sorry I Don't know is the Correct Section or not about posting this type of post here if I am posting the wrong section just move it on right section please don't warn me.
