Wait you can do this without these settings and using Gameloop recorder your video is not recorded well and its lag.
You can try OBS Studio.Just go to OBS Studio Properties and Set compability mod to Windows 7.Now Run OBS in administrator mode.Set Sources to game Capture mod and select Gameloop.
Every thing will work Fine..
